How much does it cost?
Nothing. The form is free, with no ads and no paid version.
Is this a will or a power of attorney?
No. The document has no legal force. It helps your family find information, and the guide points out when it's worth seeing a solicitor or notary.
Where is my data stored?
Only in the browser on the device where you fill it in. If you clear your browser data it's gone, so save a password-protected copy to a file and keep the printout. More about your data.
Can I fill it in on my phone?
Yes, although a computer is more comfortable, especially for the tables. You can download the PDF on either.
Are the tips legal advice?
No. They're general information, and rules change. For anything important, speak to a professional.
What about Scotland and Northern Ireland?
The UK content mostly follows the law in England and Wales. Some rules, such as estates and powers of attorney, differ in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
How do I share it with my family?
Print the document, put it in a folder and tell at least two people where it is. Keep the card in your wallet.

At some point I realised that if something happened to me, the people I love wouldn't know where to start: which bank I use, where the documents are, who has the spare keys. It all lives in my head.
I didn't want another app with an account and a subscription - just something simple to fill in, print and put in a folder. So I made it: free, private, and built so that at the hardest moment nobody has to guess.
